Refund Policy

At Stanthorpe Transfers, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their bookings. If you’re not satisfied with your booking, we’re here to help. Our policy lasts for 48 hours prior to your booking. If less than 48 hours have gone by since your booking, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

1. To be eligible for a refund

You must contact us, at least 48 hours prior to your booking time. You’ll need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or booking confirmation email. If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours prior to your booking time, we can’t offer you a refund.

However, we’ll do our best to reschedule your booking for a later time, subject to availability. If your booking is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or vehicle breakdown, we’ll offer you a full refund or reschedule your booking for a later time, subject to availability.

We’ll provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your refund. Please note that our refund policy does not apply to bookings made during peak seasons or public holidays.
